Welcome to our new Developer Intern, Ben

There is a lot of work going on in the development team. In addition to the enhancements to our current rostering software, and plans for a substantial and exciting rebuild over the next 12 months, we are also pushing hard on Connect, our tool designed for doctors to send pre- and post-intervention surveys easily, safely and in compliance with health privacy rules.Helping us is our new Intern, Ben Hayek. Ben reached out to us before Christmas and presented as a smart, energetic and enthusiastic developer. Our CTO Jan threw a bunch of coding tasks at him to test him out and he chewed them up and asked for more.Ben is studying Computer Science at the University of Sydney. We were pleased to hear, when we asked him about external interests and hobbies, he replied "coding". It was an easy decision to hire him.Welcome Ben.
