Further growth in HosPortal

Every year or so we look at our activity metrics to see how things are changing. We have recently done this and were pleasantly reassured that our growth is also reflected in a range of metrics across the business. See the graphic here representing activity in 2018, and how it compares to the year before.Interestingly, the number of swap shifts has not increased in proportion to everything else. We believe this reflects positively, too: all our private hospital customers are using our self-roster features that make it easier for people to pick their preferred shifts at the start of the roster, resulting in less need to change later on.
