2023 - a massive year in review
As 2023 comes to a close, we at HosPortal are excited to reflect on a year marked by significant growth, innovation, and community engagement.
Some notable highlights:
Expanding our reach. We added over 20% more customers during the year, expanding further to serve physicians, emergency medicine, imaging, JMOs and other craft groups. And we have a great pipeline of new customers who will come aboard next year. We are pleased with our growth in Western Australia and Queensland, and hope to have more exciting news about Victoria very early in the new year.
Innovative developments. Our commitment to innovation was evident in the release of new major functions for managing roster templates, team permissions, and complex staffing requirements. We also introduced enhanced self-rostering and work rules, alongside more time management and staff reporting functionality.
Volume of development and response to customer needs and requests. We made 526 improvements to HosPortal in the year over 16 structured releases: an average of 10 improvements per week with a new release every 3 weeks.
AI and technology advancements. A significant step was rethinking our approach to AI, promising exciting developments in this space.
Industry engagement. Our participation in key conferences, including ASA, ACEM and RANZCR, allowed us to showcase our solutions and connect with professionals in the field.
Customer satisfaction. We are thrilled with the glowing endorsements we receive from our customers. Not only about our software, but also about our customer service and attitude and professionalism to support them.
Recognition as a specialist provider. HosPortal has become the largest specialist anaesthesia rostering software in Australia, a testament to our focused expertise and user-centric approach. We have now seen all the competitors and continue to believe we are the best medical rostering provider available in Australia…with more improvements to come.
As we move into 2024, we are excited to continue our journey of growth and innovation. We already have a long list of plans for further enhancements that we know some customers will love, and will be sitting down in January to map out the release programme.
