Welcome to our new Customer Success Manager
HosPortal is delighted to welcome Shiela to our team in our Sydney offices. As our new and full-time Customer Success Manager she will ensure that all our customers are supported to get the best out of all our healthcare rostering products and healthcare software services, and make sure all our interactions with customers and their users are quick and efficient.In her first weeks she has demonstrated a particularly bubbly and can-do attitude to the questions and concerns of our customers, and provides a welcome contrast to the sometimes grumpy and businesslike demeanour of our founders if they are having a bad day (did someone say Collingwood or the Roosters lost their weekend game? did the work experience barista make the coffees this morning?)Shiela has had deep expertise in technology-related customer success roles. And she bakes a mean cake in her spare time...and posts the photos to Instagram that we can all drool over.The only part we are still grappling with is that Shiela is not pronounced the Aussie way, but SHY-la.
