Responding to customer needs - custom software enhancements

We have just had an omnibus feature release thanks to a request from one of our great customers. This customer has been extremely satisfied with HosPortal's rostering software and staff allocation tools for a year or so, but wanted some additional features to be able to track and report on non-rostered overtime for trainee doctors. Currently, time tracking and management is not something that HosPortal healthcare scheduling software considers one of its strengths, but something we are increasingly asked about.We discussed this customer's requirements in detail and developed a detailed scope of works that we then implemented for a fee.
