More powerful 'skills' feature on Roster

About 12 months ago we developed 'skills' that can be optionally applied to each user's profile, and used to set defaults for clinical allocations. This was originally designed for a radiology customer, where radiologists may have one of a dozen different additional sub-specialities.We are pleased to see that many of our customers have found this feature and are now using it. In addition to radiologists, we have seen it applied to anaesthetists where specialities include paediatrics, cardiac and neurosurgery.As a result, we have now added a filter to allow you to search for people with a particular skills.
