Earning CPD points using Connect

HosPortal has been marketing our patient survey software, Connect, for a few months now. One of the areas that is getting good interest is capturing patient feedback to secure training points for ongoing professional accreditation through ‘CPD’ or Continuing Professional Development. You can see some of our thoughts in a previous blogpost here.

We have found the feedback to be positive:

  • the Connect interface is easy to use for designing and customising questions, or using our questionnaire library.
  • Connect is suitable for collecting patient data, unlike most survey tools.
  • Patients love its user interface that they can access from their mobile device.
  • Pricing and setup is straightforward.
