Feedback on Connect, our patient survey software

While we were at the ASA conference in Sydney last week we were not only demonstrating our Roster software, but also Connect, our relatively new patient pre-operative and post-operative survey software. We are glad to see that there is a great deal of interest, and the feedback has been extremely positive regarding Connect’s flexibility, ease of use and capability to meet doctors’ needs.

CPD points and accreditation

It is clear that there is a lot of demand for something to take the workload out of collating feedback to meet CPD requirements. Luckily Connect can assist:

  1. Easy to start. You can start using Connect straight away by clicking the ‘Sign up for a free trial‘ button on the Connect home page.
  2. Simple pricing. Our pricing model allows individual practitioners to quickly and easily manage enough surveys and generate reporting that would be suitable for submission for CPD accreditation. Nothing extra for SMS credits.
  3. Standard question sets. In the next few weeks we will have a library of standard question sets that you can start with. You can use these as they are, or modify them by adding, deleting or amending questions to suit your preferences and clinical needs. We aim to start with the standard ANZCA patient experience surveys for anaesthesia practice (Appendix 2A), paediatric practice (Appendix 2AP) and pain medicine practice (Appendix 2PM).
